FLAG CARNIVAL

A celebration that flies the flag for our creative communities in North Somerset.

As part of Festival Club, and centring the importance of togetherness, connection & collaboration, Flag Carnival is a series of flag making workshops across North Somerset. Workshops culminate with community members and artists uniting at an all-singing, all-dancing, flag-flying Flag Parade at Weston’s Arts & Health Festival.

CREATE YOUR OWN FLAG!

We’re inviting community groups across North Somerset to take the lead in creating their own bold, expressive flags to represent their group. Groups are encouraged to personalise their flags and bring their ideas to life – for more info: Community-Led Flags

As part of Flag Carnival, drop-in workshops will run throughout our summer festivals season. Anybody is invited to join in and there will be many ways to get involved so do keep checking back to find out more!
