ACCESS

We want your festival experience to be as enjoyable and accessible as possible.

  • All performance areas have level access and viewing areas with seating.
  • Dedicated Accessibility Companions will be there to offer any assistance needed during the event.
  • Many of the shows are non-verbal and any verbal shows will be signed – our information point can support you to choose events.
  • Accessible toilets and changing spaces are available inside The Sovereign, near the event site.
  • Accessible parking spaces can be found at The Sovereign car park.
  • We know that all this merriment can be noisy and overwhelming, so this year we’re offering a ‘relaxed space’ where you are welcome to sit in relative quiet to chill out or recharge.
  • For all access information, see our dedicated page HERE

TOWARDS A GREENER FESTIVAL

We are committed to being environmentally responsible and taking action to reduce our carbon  impacts wherever possible. Here are a few of the things we’ve done recently:

  • Developed a net zero strategy aiming to reduce our emissions by 50% by 2025
  • All events are powered by mains from a Green Energy Supplier or renewable energy.
  • We have a Green Charter with our food stalls and bar.
  • All produce is locally sourced where possible. All serve ware is recyclable or compostable.
  • We encourage all our artists to travel by train where possible.

And here’s how you can help:

  • Where possible, walk, cycle or use public transport to attend our events.
  • Use recycling facilities at our events.
  • Use the water refill station to save plastic waste
