Slow it Down Sunday: Creative Rituals

This creative, nature-inspired workshop offers a way to find calm in grief through making, reflection and simple ritual – creating a small, practical tool for comfort and connection in everyday life.

The session begins with a warm welcome, a short grounding meditation and a brief introduction to creative rituals. It then moves into guided journalling and the main creative activity: sewing a small fabric pouch to hold a pebble or crystal, note, herb, or symbolic item brought from home. The session closes with participants curating their own self-soothing toolkit. Led by Creative Rituals.
