About The Memento Mori Disco
This Memento Mori Disco is a ‘Public Health Disco’. Various studies have shown that both music and dancing can have a positive effect on mental wellbeing. Furthermore dancing and movement-based therapy has been found to significantly help people process grief and bereavement.
The first Memento Mori Disco took place at Palliative Care Congress (PCC) in 2023. It is devised and delivered by MyWishes.
This event is programmed as part of Good Grief Weston. Click here to find out more.
