Good Grief Weston: Healing Space for Addiction Related Loss and Grief

Join Wendy Ruddick at the North Somerset Training Hub for a seated group session of ear acupuncture with sound meditation involving some guided breathwork and various sound healing instruments. The vibrations from the sounds are deeply relaxing, rebalancing and nurturing. The combination of ear acupuncture and sound meditation works well to soothe the mind, and connect with the body and soul, creating the ideal conditions for self-healing and wellbeing. 

Wendy has many years of experience as a counsellor and holistic therapist working mainly with people recovering from addiction and associated loss and trauma, but also in the wider community. She will be available for support both during the session and afterwards if needed. 

Blankets and refreshments will be provided. 

These are small, intimate sessions with a maximum of eight people so booking is essential. 

Friday October 11th 2pm – 4pm

Saturday October 12th 11am – 1pm

Sunday October 13th 4pm – 6pm
