Healing Space for Addiction Related Loss and Grief

Join Wendy Ruddick for a seated group session of ear acupuncture with restorative sound healing. The vibrations from the sounds are deeply relaxing, rebalancing and nurturing. The combination of ear acupuncture and sound meditation works well to soothe the mind, and connect with the heart, body and soul, creating the ideal conditions for self-healing and wellbeing.

Wendy has many years of experience as a counsellor and holistic therapist working mainly with people recovering from addiction and associated loss and trauma, but also in the wider community. She will be available for support both during the session and afterwards if needed.

Blankets and refreshments will be provided.
