Good Grief Weston – Embodied Grief – Dance Movement

This movement workshop will help us recognise how shared human feelings of love, fear and grief exist within our body and in turn influence our spiritual and mental health.

The workshop will be facilitated by Dance Movement Psychotherapist, Linsey Clark from Dance With Difference, who will gently and compassionately guide you creatively through movement, reflection and visualisation.
