Weston Arts + Health Festival: Bird Rave

Bird Rave is a project by live artist Miss High Leg Kick about extraordinary birds and the choreography of nature. It is also a celebration of classic rave music and the ‘freedom to dance’ days of early UK rave culture.

Enjoy the performance, learn some old-school rave moves, wear your own plumage headpiece, and go bird spotting around the Weston Arts + Health Festival

Bird Plumage Workshop, 10am-12.00pm

Create your own plumage headpiece so you can strut your stuff and spread your wings as part of our Bird Rave at 1.30pm.

Bird Rave performance, 1.30pm-2pm & 4-4.30pm

Bird Rave stars a diverse group of artists interpreting bird movements in an interactive “dancefloor ornithology” performance to classic rave music

Bird Rave movement workshop, 2pm-2.15pm
