Tide Lines: Mapping Love, Loss and Memory

What happens when we map a place, not with streets and signposts, but through our senses, associations and memories?

Join prize-winning poet Sophie Dumont for a creative writing and collage workshop. Using the shoreline as a starting point, we’ll explore how places hold memory and how looking outward at a landscape can help us look inward. We’ll create personal poetry maps that chart not just where we are, but what we feel, remember and carry with us.
Sophie will guide participants through writing and collage-making exercises.

This is a reflective and playful workshop for anyone curious about exploring memory through words, images and the senses. No previous writing, poetry or art experience is needed, just an openness to see where the tide takes you.

Participants younger than 16 must be accompanied by a trusted adult.
