Take Five: Wake up with a Splash!

Start your Sunday with a refreshing shared sea swim! Includes a safety talk on cold water swimming in Weston, followed by warm tea in the tent. Beginners welcome; water safety specialists from ‘Blue Watch’ Avon Fire and Rescue Services will be present.

Swimming led by Liam Giddings and Yasser Kobieh, Open Water Lifeguards (OWLs), who trained at Marine Lake.

Please meet 8:20am for a safety talk at 8:30 and a dip in the sea at 8:45. Then warm up with a cuppa and a chat!

2025 is the sixth year for Weston Arts + Health Festival, a partnership between UHBW NHS Foundation Trust and Super Culture that shines a light on the creative provision that exists in Weston year-round to bring people together in positive, shared activity that can support both physical and mental health.
