I joined Super Culture in 2022 in the role of Arts Development Producer on a fixed-term freelance contract supporting North Somerset’s vibrant and innovative creative community and never left! I am now the company’s Executive Director leading on business management, strategy, and sustainability. It is such an honour to lead this powerful and exciting organisation who bring so much joy, comfort and inspiration to so many in North Somerset. 

I am passionate about the power of participatory and community arts to heal us and to nourish us and I have dedicated my career to broadening access to creativity and cultural engagement. I am obsessed with the notion of love in art and talk at length about how the two are inseparable, if you ask me also about the role of attachment and connection in the creative process, you’ll lose an hour of your day at least!

I am fuelled by the values of generosity, collaboration, and connection in my work, and I follow the principles of care-fuelled leadership. I previously worked as Programme and Partnerships Manager for Alive, as Participation Director for Travelling Light Theatre Company and was Co-founder and co-director of social arts company Wyldwood Arts alongside a varied freelance producing and development portfolio.
