Community
We work with a range of community partners to deliver targeted projects within the locality and beyond that are diverse, engaging and fully inclusive.
Objects Without Borders
Objects Without Borders uses puppetry and performance to connect people across borders, boundaries and difference, connecting artists, community theatre facilitators and those with lived experience from Jordan, the Czech Republic and the UK. Find out more about Objects without Borders on their website: http://objectswithoutborders.org/
Refugee and Asylum Seeker Communities
Working in collaboration with local volunteers, authorities and organisations, we have offered a plethora of creative activities and advocacy sessions for refugee and asylum seeker communities including children and families, young people and supporting those seeking employment.
Libraries
As part of our wider community offer, we continue to work closely with North Somerset Library Services to deliver free, creative storytelling sessions across libraries in the county including specific sessions for those within the GRT (Gypsy, Roma and Traveller) and refugee communities.
Paint the Stage
Paint the Stage is a range of tailored drama sessions brought to young people with disabilities with the emphasis on confidence, creativity and fun! Regular sessions have been delivered with Weston College learners, SENDCAS Clubs and Activities Service and in local SEN school settings.
