Join Chris, for a friendly walk, talk and watch of birds moving across the estuary on a Summer morning.  From 9.30am there will be an optional chat with Chris (over tea) back at the Festival Hub exploring how we can all help nature to thrive on our doorsteps.

All ages welcome, under 18s must be accompanied

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for walking on the beach

Please note that dogs are not permitted on the main beach in Weston-super-Mare during the summer months

2024 is the fifth year for Weston Arts + Health Festival, a partnership between UHBW NHS Foundation Trust and Super Culture that shines a light on the creative provision that exists in Weston year-round to bring people together in positive, shared activity that can support both physical and mental health.
