Super Synchro demo and workshop

Cold water swimming is having a bit of a moment.  Immersion in cold water encourages the production of mood-elevating hormones and many testify to its positive impact on feelings of well-being.  Add in an opportunity to be supported by others in a group that works harmoniously together, plus a large pinch of salt air and a lot of laughter, and we have a unique peer-to-peer support offer.

Super Synchro is a new synchro group that has been funded through Good Grief Weston.  Come and see what the group has created over just four sessions, and why not throw caution to the wind and have a go yourself?  Come swim ready. 

Weston Marine Lake is an infinity lake and said to be the largest of its kind in the world. It is managed with care by the Weston Mudlarks. 

The session will be followed by an opportunity to share a hot drink and chat.
