Let your worries slip away with a Yoga for Calm taster, incorporating mindful movement and gentle breathing practises designed to support people of all ages and abilities. 1-2-1 sessions also available to reassure absolute beginners.
The class will include gentle postures, breath work, and guided relaxation designed to help you build the resilience you need to manage life’s daily challenges. You are in control of how much or how little you choose to do in the class, it’s all about you.
