Almost Synchro meets Bollywood

Almost Synchro – the West of England’s wild swimming synchro group (and Speedo pin-ups!) – join forces with Shruti Bhoyar and a blast of Bollywood to present a very special routine for Marine Lake.

Come swim ready and learn some synchro moves of your own at the end!

If you are coming in the water, be safe:

* Stay in for a short while if not accustomed

* Buddy up with someone there or bring a friend

* Make sure that you bring warm clothes to wrap up in afterwards

* We will have limited hot drinks but please do bring your one ready made up in a flask if you can
