Weston’s inaugural Photography Open invited keen photographers to submit photographs taken in and of Weston super Mare, to represent the colourful nature of the town by the people who live here.

We received a wonderful assortment of images for the categories of Beach Life, Street Life, Green Life, It’s a Dog’s Life, It’s a Kid’s Life (under 18’s), and are delighted to show them all here together in this group exhibition that showcases the talent of the people of Weston.

This activity has been developed by the SEE MONSTER Think Tank community initiative, funded by Arts Council England, Weston-super-Mare Town Council and North Somerset Council and produced by Culture Weston with local photographer Paul Blakemore.
