Chad Taylor – Closer To My Dreams (UK)

Age guideline: 8 years +

Weaving poetry/rap with Hip Hop to provide an intimate portrayal of the joys and struggles of urban Black British life.  The journey of two young black brothers and their friends pursuing their dream of becoming professional dancers, Closer To My Dreams is experienced as a binaural walkabout piece with the audience wearing headphones.  

You can join choreographer Chad Taylor for a poetry/dance workshop on Saturday and Sunday morning in the Festival’s Poetry area.
